The Site provides access to tools powered by artificial intelligence, which may assist users in creating outlines, book drafts, summaries, and other content.

You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, biases, or stylistic errors;
  

• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content created using the Site prior to use or publication;
  

• AuthorRise does not guarantee the factual, legal, or editorial accuracy of any AI-generated content;
  

The AI systems do not replace professional editors, legal reviewers, or subject-matter experts. You are advised to consult appropriate professionals before publishing any work created via the platform.

To access certain features (such as manuscript generation, project saving, or publishing services), you must register for an AuthorRise account.

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information;
  

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  

• Accept full responsibility for any activity under your account;
  

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

This license does not grant AuthorRise ownership of your intellectual property. You retain full copyright and authorship, unless otherwise agreed in a separate publishing agreement.

If you engage AuthorRise for done-for-you publishing services, ISBN assignment, royalty support, or editorial partnerships, such services will be governed by a separate Publishing Agreement.

That Publishing Agreement will:

• Outline the ownership of rights, royalties, licensing, and distribution terms;
  

• Override these Terms where explicitly stated;
  

• Be binding once signed or digitally accepted.
  

These Website Terms of Use apply only to your general access and use of the Site. They do not grant any rights to distribute, publish, or commercialize your User Submissions outside of the standard use of the AuthorRise platform unless separately agreed.

You agree not to:

This limitation applies even if AuthorRise has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will cease.

You may terminate this agreement by ceasing all use of the Site. Sections that, by their nature, should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will remain in full force.
